- Why does my printed chart have a watermark?Free exports carry a small watermark. Upgrading removes it from every export, including ones you already made — you never have to redo the work.
- The colours look different from the real threadDMC publishes no official colour values, so every chart online is an approximation. We cross-check several and flag the shades they disagree about — check a physical shade card before buying those.
- My designs are not on my other deviceDesigns sync to your account. Make sure you are signed in with the same account on both, then open the account page to let a sync run.
